I in 2008 “cold turkey” started with raw food. But I had first gathered a lot of information, I read on the Internet, books, watched movies, workshops done, etc. to be prepared. Try to find alternatives for this you already like to eat, such as your favorite fruit, smoothies, nuts, raw cocoa or whatever. Make a list of all the reasons why you’re going to eat raw and hang it on the fridge for inspiration.
