An optimal raw/living food diet is as follows: organic, unprocessed, varied, contains many enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, is vegetable, chlorophyll-rich, with plenty of plant proteins, a high moisture content (fresh juice), essential fats with the appropriate salts and vegan (or at least a very low consumption of raw meat, raw fish, raw milk also good for pets, etc.), and a lot of water. I in 2008 “cold turkey” started with raw food. But I had first gathered a lot of information, I read on the Internet, books, watched movies, workshops done, etc. to be prepared.
